For many years she worked in the corporate world, with the long hours sapping her time and energy, meaning that self-care wasn’t a priority for her. But unexpected events in her life, including a period of illness and burn-out led to a change in her perspective.
Gabi entered a phase of self-exploration, travelling and experimenting with different types of therapies, including mandala painting and yoga. Instead of corporate targets, she listened to her body and prioritised her wellbeing and happiness. As a result, she flourished.
Since adopting her new, more organic lifestyle, she’s been much more open to receive any opportunities that come he way - and there have been many. She has embraced her new life to the fullest, and two years ago, she made the leap and moved to Tenerife.
Now, Gabi is committed to sharing all that she has learned along the way with other women, helping them to transition to this fulfilling, rewarding way of life. Using the same techniques that transformed her own life, Gabi offers yoga, art therapy, women program and painting classes, helping her clients to calm their minds and learn to prioritise their own wellbeing.
The beauty of working with Gabi is that she has been there. She’s experienced the stress and the burn-out, she’s been to the dark places, and she’s found the light.
